Just a very quick blog post to let everyone know that Shelley and I are OK! We are exploring some very remote atolls in the Marshall Islands. Internet here is NON EXISTENT! Imagine the kids living here! We are currently anchored off a small island in the uninhabited atoll of Rongarik. We have been here a week and not seen a soul! Just sea birds and their babies.. Oh and a few turtles coming up on the beach at night to lay their eggs in the sand.
We expect to be back near Majuro (the Capital) by the beginning of March. We will post with pictures then.
Hope all is well with everyone.
Cheers!

I was beginning to worry! Even the part that shows your location in the world says it's under maintenance AND shutting down. Glad all is well. Anita
ReplyDeleteHi Shelley & Kyle ... lovely to come across your blog again ... it's been a long time since Myrtle Beach Yacht Club in Little River! So glad your adventuring is taking you to so many off-the-grid interesting places .. but then that is you. Great to see. I haven't had a chance to go back in your blogs yet to see more of your adventures and particularly your relatively recent time in Fiji - I was there for about a month in Vunda Marina in September/October getting boat 'stuff' done - sheared the boom off the mast 12days out of Bora Bora on way across. But all is well now and boat now 'home' in Australia. It would be sad if we were there at same time and didnt catch up.... I'm writing this from a friend's boat in Opua Marina, NZ. Anyhow, if you get the time, please email me and we can do a bit of a catch up. Take care and keep on enjoying,
